When the Answer Is "Not Yet"

We love the "yes." We can handle the "no." But the "not yet" — that's where faith gets tested.
David was anointed king as a teenager. But he didn't sit on the throne until he was 30. Over a decade of waiting. Running from Saul. Hiding in caves. And yet, in those caves, he wrote some of the most powerful psalms we still sing today.
God wasn't wasting time. He was building a king.
Your "not yet" season isn't a waiting room — it's a workshop. God is doing something in you that the answer itself could never accomplish. Don't despise the process. The same God who was faithful in the cave will be faithful on the throne.
Keep trusting. Keep showing up. Your "not yet" has an expiration date.
